Very good at deep tissue and understands body mechanics and how to relive muscle, joint, fascia pain. Hard to find a therapist that really does deep tissue well and she does it!

Steph worked on a lower back and shoulder problem and the results were fantastic. My range of motion had increased much more than I expected from one session, and most of my pain was gone. Literally, the best massage I have ever had. Highly recommended.

Steph’s hands have worked magic for me! I hired her on here nearly 2 years ago and still work with her regularly. She’s become a critical part of my pain management strategy for my connective tissue disease. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled massage therapist. Steph gave me one of the best massages of my life. She was able to find all my problem areas and knew just how to resolve them. I like very firm pressure and she didn’t disappoint. She was very friendly, punctual, and Covid-conscious. I will definitely hire her again!

Steph gives the best massages hands down. She has strong magical healing hands. I prefer my massages to be a bit on the harder/deep tissue side due to my sore muscles from workouts at the gym. If you’re the same; I def would recommend Steph. 10 out of 10!!
