Our pricing is transparent and customized based on event size, duration, and guest count. We offer both host-paid packages and guest-paid options. All quotes include our premium Australian soft serve, our signature U-Cone experience, and professional on-site service. Travel within Palm Beach Gardens and nearby areas is included, with additional travel quoted upfront. No hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your event type, guest count, location, and timing. From there, we provide a clear quote and package options. Once booked, we handle all logistics, arrive early for setup, and deliver a smooth, fun, and memorable experience for you and your guests. Communication is easy and responsive from booking to event day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in food safety, customer service, and high-volume event operations. We operate a fully licensed and insured 2025 electric ice cream truck and follow all local and state regulations. Our experience includes private events, schools, community events, and corporate gatherings.
