Pure maintenance is excellent for mold mitigation and remediation. Jake was totally responsive, thorough, and professional throughout. I am totally impressed that he actually took time to ascertain the issue, not like the other companies. Others just gave a broad estimate and said everything needed replacement and repair. Pure Maintenance diagnosed the actual depth of mold and repaired what was necessary and for me to not have a future problem. This is a real professional job with great customer service....a rarity these days. I highly recommend....and while I would use them again, I hope to never have a mold issue again! Ha!

I liked knowing I could ask a question and get a quick response. Jake explained clearly what the job entailed. He was very personable. He went over and above the detailed list of what had to be done to complete the job. I would definitely call him again should the issue come up again. But, hopefully it won't.
Jake also sent me pictures as the job progressed, as I was away.
