This was my first time hiring a private chef and now I would never hire anyone but Joe. He was prompt, professional and his menu blew all of my expectations out of the water. One course was more impressive than the next. His plating was beautiful and his food is absolutely delicious. I am looking forward to hiring him again in the near future. Thank you Joe!

Joseph came to our house to cook a belated father's day dinner, that I had to reschedule several times. Joseph was patient with my rescheduling showed up on time with a great attitude and personality. the five course meal was excellent it was plated within 20 minutes of his arrival, the plates where decorated as in a five star restaurant. I would not only recommend his catering services to others but we are definitely using him again.

I just had my first cooking lesson with Joe. Not only did he encourage me to try new things in the kitchen but also taught me the skills to do it right. I look forward to trying out what I have learned and working with him again in the future.

    I started working in a restaurant in highschool and enjoyed it. I went to culinary school to get a better handle on the trade. Down the road I realized I had a knack for it and really wanted to try my own venture.
