Mint Stays BNB LLC is a professional short-term rental co-hosting and consulting company that partners with vacation home owners, investors and developers. Mint Stays BNB LLC is based out of Palm Beach Gardens Florida, and manages properties in multiple markets in Canada and the USA.
Mint Stays BNB was born out of the frustration of an under-serviced STR investor. There had to be a better way to manage short term rentals while preserving the integrity of the investment property. Our motto is “optimize, operate, elevate” and we are excited to share how we do can do that for you.

We had a fantastic stay at Mint Stays BNB managed property! The home was equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and a beautiful living room to relax in. Our host was very attentive and pays very close attention to detail, and it shows! Cant wait to book another stay!

The property was perfect for our group with ample bathrooms and comfortable bedroom designs. It was equipped with everything we needed for morning coffee, meals, happy hour and laundry needs. Great location near the city, too! Host was communicative and attentive. We will be back!
