Like any true American would, he risked life and limb on a 25 foot ladder just to get my Starlink dish installed. Alex knows what he is doing and it is obvious he cares. He takes the time to do things right and will stay until the job is finished, even if it means working in the dark. Definitely choose him for your next project!

Binary Protectors were hired to fix my Nuvo system in my home, which was not working. Not only did they fix this but also installed the most incredible Camera system I have ever seen. The picture on my phone and how they record is truly amazing. They were punctual, did their work professionally and very clean. I am so happy with this company I will certainly use them again. We will also use them for Cyber Security and expanding our WiFi range as well. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all Technology installations and problems you may have. Definably 5 stars!

Alex was very nice to work with. Husselled to hang my item and make it sturdy.
This project involved repairing and replacing CCTV cameras and cables, as well as preparations for a near future system upgrade. Binary Protectors has acted professionally, has provided good technically guidance, and has been very responsive to our needs. The work has been completed in a timely manor with high quality workmanship. For these reasons I have given Binary Protectors an excellent rating.

BinaryProtectors, LLC was the best experience I've had with a professional in South Florida. Alex was quick to contact me with a quote and schedule a time to see the work I needed done. He was honest and upfront about the work and the cost. I was not able to be home during the work, but he kept constant communication with me so I didn't have to worry about a thing. He ended up doing more work than originally quoted because he noticed that it could be a potential problem if left unfixed. I really appreciated how BinaryProtector, LLC when above and beyond the scope of the work to make sure my kitchen electrical was safe and, to be honest, PERFECT for my renovation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The one standard price is the trip fee of $150.00 We then assess the job then charge between $85 to $350 an hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to their location, assess job. We charge a standard $150 trip fee but no estimate fee. We then create an agreement to their specifics, collect deposit and come back once we have delivery of all items for install.
