One of few home inspection companies that would perform an inspection on a manufactured home. Performed his inspection in a thorough manner, checked the roof, underneath as well as the interior. He explained what he was doing during the inspection process. He pointed out and explained any problems and also acknowledged any good items. Also, cost was one of the lowest. Since Jeff also does handyman work, will have him perform this service too. Quite satisfied.
