Marty arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to remove the toilet (not an easy task as it was sealed to the floor with grout). He replaced the seal between the toilet and the floor and reinstalled the toilet. He had all the parts and tools and was totally prepared to get the job done. Save yourself time and just contact Marty. You'll be glad you did.
