Paul is a very knowledgeable professional who also doesn't mind getting dirty. He is also a very good communicator. Just getting stated on a large project and his patience with all of my questions and ideas is wonderful.

Sadly disappointed with follow-up service after initial mow. We were told that it would be $40.00 for first mow and $35.00 thereafter. First mow was well done, granted, for which we were very thankful. However, then he disappeared. No follow up service, no response to messages when we tried to inquire as to whether he was coming out again, when he told us that he was....so, yet another no show issue with lawn service in this area. Add to that yet another situation where schedules and communication are severely lacking and we're wondering if there are any professionally consistent lawn services that even exist in this part of Florida. 🙁 Just so dismayed and now lawn is un-kept, once more.

1.) Thursday- My appointment was schedule for 8 a.m.- 9 a.m. NO SHOW, NO CALL! (It did not rain until after 12 noon) LIAR!!
2.) You never stated “next week” at any point and nor would I have accepted. LIES!!!
3.) My appointment was scheduled for Thursday Oct 19, 2017 at 8-9 a.m. LIAR!!!

5.) I NEVER requested that you mow my lawn while wet. LIAR!!! To the contrary, (I ) messaged and emailed you regarding the weather so that YOU would be informed that weather conditions were suitable or not. I am quite knowledgeable regarding lawn care sir. Mistake on your part to assume otherwise. LIAR!!!!!
6.) You most certainly do owe me an apology sir, but clearly you do not possess the decency or professionalism required.

No apology you even set up two appiontments because you aren't smart enough to know you are requesting services from the same provider. But you got two other companies to do your request. You seem to have plenty of time and no life to keep harassing someone wgo is refusing to do work for an ignorant customer. The only person to complain about my services is you and a women who didn't know yow to comfirm an appiontment. Get the point i am not working you. Once again have a good day. I know I am.
