Andre and I had a selected possible dates he would come to do the work. He then forgot what he was supposed to do. I was surprised as I assumed he had that information on his end already. Unsurprisingly, he has yet to respond. It would be professional of him to simply state he is unwilling or unable to do the work. Now I am starting from scratch getting estimates. I am grateful that he showed himself before he actually did the work as I am sure his work mirrors his lack of communication and professionalism.
