Absolutely terrible experience. Dishonest and not prepared for the job. Don't believe any quotes, we were told $125 and then he changed it to $150! Unprofessional.

As I said I made an honest mistake in the adding and you seen it when I showed it to you that day. As you said you call someone else and they were cheaper then me. As I always say you want the best you have to pay for it. I sold you one of the best electric Fireplace on the market.
