We have been impressed with 100% Real Estate & Property Management's exceptional service from our very first phone call with John. We look forward to a long relationship with them, and would highly recommend them to other landlords looking for reliable, professional, personable, and extremely prompt, efficient management of their rental properties. We own and live in a duplex, and rent out the other side. It is currently our only rental property. After two very long and stressful months trying to fill the vacancy myself with no success we decided it was time to hire a professional. 100% Real Estate & Property Management's standards are high, and their hands on, personal approach has far exceeded our expectations. They had our vacancy filled (and the tenant moved in) in exactly 14 days from the day we signed our contract with them. They take care of everything for us including the yard care at our property giving us more time and freedom. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 10% of the rents collected. Period. We do not charge half the 1st month's rent or an extra renewal fee.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
One of the biggest benefits in having a property manager is to have someone make sure, on a regular basis, that your property is being properly maintained. Your investment will be treated as if it were ours. It is important to hire a property manager who cares and we do!
