Thomas had fantastic communication, was on time & very professional. He takes pride in his work & fixed my kitchen faucet from underneath the sink, which was a tight spot. He did not take shortcuts & showed me all the pieces he replaced. I will continue to call him for all our plumbing needs.

no surprises...need $2 gasket/washer for metal slip-joint connector to reattach/hold loose pvc pipe. plumber didn't have loose gasket, would not use one from connector on truck, wanted $1,000 to replace metal pipe/connector which are NOT the problem. will jerry-rig myself with existing connector but use metal wire as backup to prevent pvc pipe from being pushed out again. $49 service call=$1,000 estimate rather than $2 gasket. plumber had good attitude, used to people being shocked by high estimates, but would suggest finding plumber with free estimates. this company takes advantage of need for water service to do excessive work beyond required repair effort.

Good afternoon Stan. We apologize for not being able to help you today with your repair. We are unsure of why we received this review as we were upfront and transparent. We did want to point out, as discussed and presented to you at the time of service, the repair coupling we had in the van was for PVC piping. Therefore it would not be compatible with the galvanized piping that is there. In order to have made the correct and proper repair the part for the galvanized would have had to be purchased by going to the supply house. We also discussed with you the importance of making the correct repair and not using materials/parts that are not compatible with the existing piping material. We wish you best of luck to find someone who is willing to do repair you are requesting.
