- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are you local authorized dealer for all the best brands including Sony, Samsung, Yamaha, Denon, KEF, Sonos, Sonance, just to name a few. We can price match Amazon.com most of the time and our warrant service won't be beat. Call and ask for more details or to order your new home theater today!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we establish a basic personal introduction with the customer. Then we get the clients job details to evaluate their wants and establish an estimate. Sometimes an in home estimate is necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had training directly from Sony on their receivers and projectors. As well as training from D&M Corp on Marantz and Denon receivers. Nest home product training from a Nest representative (We are also an authorized Nest and Google dealer). Sonance amplifier and speaker training directly from Sonance. We are an authorized Sonos dealer and installer as well as all your other favorite brands. We can price match Amazon almost all the time.
