- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For cleaning my pricing is based off of the square footage of the home that's to be cleaned and a few other things that you will be made aware of prior to your first cleaning. For pets my pricing is based off of several things and really goes by which service you choose and what your needs and wants are. We will go over all of this prior to your first appt with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for new clients varies on each individual as we are all so unique! I will speak with the possible client about what there wants and needs are and then we will set up a day to do a walk threw of there home to help us determine there quote and this can be done 1 of 3 ways ; in person, on a video call, or by email/ text by sending pictures of the home that day. I will get back to you in 48 hours with a quote unless its needed sooner . If we agree with the quote we will then go over the paper work and what we expect and what you expect from us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7+ years of professional ;residential, commercial and construction cleaning experience/training. I am also canine CPR Certified and Canine Group Play Certified and I’m Certified to do Canine Evaluations!
