You contacted me in on Jan 10th to do a deep cleaning and shampoo rugs with only plant base solutions. 2 days later once job was completed, you called me with issues about the cabinets and baseboards. I explained to you that those areas was not included and would be an extra charge. Then, you said you seen dirt on the floors and smudge marks on a few windows. I returned the same day to rectify your concerns. While I there I asked if you had any other concerns. You stated “no those were the only concerns and the carpet looks GREAT!” Since you had issues with the the windows in your day room. I decided to cleaned the cabinets free of charge and some baseboards to show solicitude because of a few smudge marks on your windows. You told me you would be moving into your place on the 15th. I told you to call me before you move in, in case any other concerns arise. nothing! It’s is now the 30th and you called me telling me “ you’re all moved in but your floors are dirty (the carpet). 3 weeks ago you said it looks GREAT. I take pride in my business. I am so sorry I wasn’t willing to return to provide more free service to you.
