- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon the job requested. Process serves start @ $30, multiple serves at address $30 for first, $15 for each additional, $30 for each address for multiple addresses. Protection Services are hourly, all expenses. Security is handled by proposals. Notary fees are set at the fess per Florida State Statutes. There is a travel fee for locations greater than 25 miles. This includes travel to the location and return, if no other work is schedule. The fee is $0.55 per mile. I can conduct background checks, background verifications, skip tracing, asset location. I also perform property inspections and occupancy verifications.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me through Thumbtack. I will put together a quote for expected costs. I will call the customer for a conversation. If we come to agreement, I will send you a reply and set up the meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Public Safety Officer for 21 years (Law Enforcement, Paramedic, Firefighter). Multiple educational backgrounds . Degree in Criminal Justice. I was in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Analyst. I have been a private investigator for three years and a special appointed process server for three years.
