Was very impressed with Mr. Davalos' initial response. He came and met with my husband and I the same day I contacted him in December 2014. We requested and agreed that service not begin until the middle of January 2015. Mr. Davalos called January 19, 2015, to say he would be at our house that day for lawn service. It is now January 27, 2015, and I have not heard from him since. I have tried calling him and leaving messages, but have only reached a voice mail with no call back. Definitely not a way to run or build a business.
