Our $95 Diagnostic Service Call Fee goes towards the Comprehensive Flat Rate Quote provided upon diagnosis and always before the repair is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our technicians will carefully diagnose the appliance. We explain the problem and price before the repair. You will always get a written 90 day warranty on parts and labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of Major Appliance Repair experience. We never stop learning and continually stay abreast on evolving appliance technology. We attend factory training seminars, and require advanced online training for all technicians.
