- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For smaller repairs and straightforward electrical work, our technicians arrive ready to diagnose the issue and provide upfront pricing before any work begins. There's no obligation to move forward, we simply want you to have the information you need to make the best decision for your home or business. For larger projects, such as remodels, service upgrades, or new installations, we offer free on-site estimates to discuss your goals and provide a detailed quote. We're also proud to offer discounts for military members, first responders, and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with a conversation. We'll discuss what you're looking to accomplish, ask a few questions, and determine the best next step, whether that's scheduling a service call or providing an estimate. Once the scope of work is defined, we'll provide a clear quote, schedule the work, and keep you updated along the way. We believe in honest communication, quality workmanship, and treating every home or business with the same care we'd expect ourselves.
