- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free written estimates on all work other than troubleshooting We charge $125 per hour to troubleshoot and repair most basic electrical issues if scheduled in advance. $150 per hour if same day service is required within Pensacola metro area 24 Hour emergency service is minimum two hours
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obtain all required info such as Name, address, phone number, and email. Schedule an appointment for a free estimate unless it is straight forward then we can schedule a service call at hourly rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated a 4 year electrical apprenticeship at 22 years old in 2004 Passed Journeyman electrical exam and received license at 23 in 2005 Passed master electrical exam and received master’s license at 24 in 2006 Passed business and law exam and obtained electrical contractors license in August of 2006. Have been doing hands on residential and commercial electrical work as well as managing electricians ever since for a total of 18 years in the trade.
