Mark is exceptional He has done multiple home improvements and repairs to our home. He is very professional, polite excellent work, he cleans up his work area if he leaves for lunch and also before he leaves for the day. There are so many other great traits Mark has, too many to list.

The pro is not very prompt. I had to reach out for a simple quote and he works alone so expect the project to take twice as long. Grossly over budget on materials, I had to terminate hire half way through the project $4500 later project incomplete and he demanded full payment and did not want to leave my home. I had to call the police.
