Introduction: I'm a native Brazilian from the city of Curitiba, which is in southern Brazil. I received my degree in Letters from the Pontifical Catholic University of Parana (PUC-PR). My experience includes teaching Portuguese and English in public and private schools in the Curitiba area on two occasions since 1997. My resume includes teaching jobs at the Military Police School in Curitiba, the state high school of the Parana state in Curitiba and an elementary bilingual school. I lived in Atlanta, Georgia. In Atlanta, I taught Brazilian Portuguese to people interested in learning the language. I currently live in Orlando, Florida where I also work as a Portuguese teacher for foreigners.

David is a amazing English teacher! He’s very patient, kind, helpful and try different ways to help with the language. It’s being a very good experience learning English with him, I’ve developed my English a lot since I started the classes. I would never learn many of the idioms without his classes, “chin up” with each mistake because we always learn from them. He knows Portuguese as well which is great, because he can understand many of our difficulties with the language. The classes are dynamic, I could learn many things, always learning something about the country, history and culture through the English. David really cater to your needs and interests. I just want to say thank you for all the great classe we’ve been taking.

Alessandra is awesome! I did several conversational Portuguese lessons with her via Skype. She’s very kind, professional and fun to talk to. I highly recommend!
