If I could, I would highlight all 5 of the items about what I liked about Bell Electric. Cliff was really a pleasure to work with...and as honest and fair as a person as you could meet. I've had a number of folks "help" with home projects but only 2 have I met have my thanks and respect -- Cliff is at the top of that list. I love that he communicated when he was going to be delayed by an unexpected additional time on another job, then promptly arrived at my job when he said he would and worked til the my job was done and done perfectly. I've had him do two jobs: 1.) fixing all my outside outlets that were old and broken, garage lights and inside one that was dangerous, then a tv cable that looked like a previous owner (or his electrician) had carved out a hole in drywall, strung through a TV cable, then just left it hanging out the the hole in the wall! 2.) He completely re-lite my small kitchen that had old, ugly, broken florescent ceiling lighting from 2004 with brand new recessed ceiling lighting and a new over the sink fixture I bought. His work is just perfect and he cleaned everything up after he was done. The added bonus is he is a really, hones and fair, as well as professional and listens to his client (i.e., me). I will use him again ... in fact I'll use him for any and all "my electrical needs," as they say. Did I mention that I'm so glad I found him? Thanks Bell Electric ... thanks Thumbtack, and thanks, Cliff! (I'd leave pictures, but I haven't a clue how to upload any.)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. I first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years of trade school and 10 years working in the electrical field. I am knowledgeable in this trade. I love doing this work and my goal is to do a professional job, so my clients are happy when the job is done.
