We will prepare the area to be painted, protect things that you don't want painted, and brush or roll on for a smooth clean finish.

Peacock Painting provides a service commitment with each project. If we don't meet the completion deadline, we will refund 10% due to the inconvenience. Completing work on time is a challenge. We put a fire under our feet to get it done on time.

Awesome people, awesome company, great pricing! So grateful that Peacock Painting helped us make our new house a home ♥️ we love the bold colors that we picked! Liz’s advice throughout helped us make the right where-to-paint decisions, and the two painters were very kind and had great attention to detail! They even helped us wipe down behind the stove and fridge — they went above and beyond! We will be using them again (and requesting the same team!) when we paint the rest of our new home.

Initially the painters that came , were not up to par , poor prep and workmanship . As soon as I complained to Steve he was there the next day with an excellent crew , that re prepped and redid the side of house that the other Guys messed up. We had no complaints after that , the new crew were professional and did a fabulous job .

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Peacock Painting will provide accurate estimates for any work for to be done. These estimates will be signed off by you the customer. If there are changes, they will be repriced and a new estimate will be provided. Our crews will go over your estimate upon completion to make sure you are satisfied with the work. The term 'as agreed' applies to all projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, Peacock Painting will evaluate the project. This can be done via a site visit, photos of the project, and or other available information to run specs on the job.
An estimate is then submitted covering the scope of work to be done with an attached price. If there is a variation to the job, we will reserve the right to reprice.
We will agree to the terms upfront on every project. We will then perform to those specifications.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First job was as a painter back in, hold your breath, 1980. I worked professionally as a painter for much of my 20s. I worked on project budgeting and banking between then and now. I came back to painting because I feel it is a worthwhile service and I enjoy working with folks and getting things done.
