Billy’s customer service from beginning to end was excellent. He called several times- to set up the removal, to let me know he was running a few minutes late and then he let us know when he was about 5 minutes out from arriving. I appreciated his keeping us informed. He and his nephew did a great job of taking the things out of our home, and it was a fair price. Highly recommend Billy and his company, Apex Innovative Cleaning.

Apex responded quickly, and were on site in a couple of days for my debris removal project. I was out of town on business, but they kept me in the loop. My 83 year old father remarked how polite and professional they were. He said they definitely weren't afraid of hard work. I will definitely use them again and would recommend.

My husband and I spent most of the day shaping flower beds in our backyard and we were spent! Our backs hurt so badly and bagging was about all we could handle. Had heavy bags of landscaping debris we could not haul away. We hired Apex to remove the bags and they were very transparent with pricing and communicative about when they could arrive. Not only were they prompt but also swept up the driveway after the bags were loaded on the truck. I highly recommend Apex and will use them again.

Billy did a very good job with the trash-out of a property we were looking to fix and later put up for sale. He was very responsive and the work he performed is high quality. I definitely recommend him if your looking to clear out a property.
