I was contemplating moving some heavy packages from my mail room into my apartment, but soon realised that I was not going to be able to do it by myself. I took a leap of faith and tried Thumbtack. Amazingly enough, Billy Harrison answered within 15 minutes, and an hour later, he was in my mail room taking care of the packages for me. Amazing responsiveness. He was polite, professional, and took care of the job without any problem. I highly recommend Billy Harrison and Apex innovative Cleaning and Hauling services for any needs you may have. This type of service is not commonplace anymore.

My husband and I spent most of the day shaping flower beds in our backyard and we were spent! Our backs hurt so badly and bagging was about all we could handle. Had heavy bags of landscaping debris we could not haul away. We hired Apex to remove the bags and they were very transparent with pricing and communicative about when they could arrive. Not only were they prompt but also swept up the driveway after the bags were loaded on the truck. I highly recommend Apex and will use them again.

We hired Billy to move heavy furniture for staging our home. They were very careful to protect our furniture, floors and walls. They worked efficiently and were very professional. This was a small job, but we will absolutely trust them to help us with future needs. Highly recommend Apex.

Billy’s customer service from beginning to end was excellent. He called several times- to set up the removal, to let me know he was running a few minutes late and then he let us know when he was about 5 minutes out from arriving. I appreciated his keeping us informed. He and his nephew did a great job of taking the things out of our home, and it was a fair price. Highly recommend Billy and his company, Apex Innovative Cleaning.
