These guys were absolutely outstanding. I flew in from out of state to move from sister stuff out of her house after her passing away, and from the moment the team arrived, everything ran like clockwork. They were right on time, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. What really stood out was how carefully they handled everything. They secured the boxes and items on the trailer with precision—nothing was rushed or thrown together. You could tell they take pride in their work. I was contemplating moving some heavy packages from my mail room into my apartment, but soon realised that I was not going to be able to do it by myself. I took a leap of faith and tried Thumbtack. Amazingly enough, Billy Harrison answered within 15 minutes, and an hour later, he was in my mail room taking care of the packages for me. Amazing responsiveness. He was polite, professional, and took care of the job without any problem. I highly recommend Billy Harrison and Apex innovative Cleaning and Hauling services for any needs you may have. This type of service is not commonplace anymore.

Mr. Harrison arrived at the appointment time, I gave him my work requests. He was very professional and polite. Even though part of the job was rather difficult he persevered with satisfactory outcomes. I would use him again for future jobs.
