These guys were absolutely outstanding. I flew in from out of state to move from sister stuff out of her house after her passing away, and from the moment the team arrived, everything ran like clockwork. They were right on time, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. What really stood out was how carefully they handled everything. They secured the boxes and items on the trailer with precision—nothing was rushed or thrown together. You could tell they take pride in their work. The entire move went smoothly, and everything made it all the way to Tallahassee without a single issue or any damage. Moving can be stressful, especially coordinating it from out of state, but they made the entire process feel easy and under control. We hired Billy to move heavy furniture for staging our home. They were very careful to protect our furniture, floors and walls. They worked efficiently and were very professional. This was a small job, but we will absolutely trust them to help us with future needs. Highly recommend Apex.

I was contemplating moving some heavy packages from my mail room into my apartment, but soon realised that I was not going to be able to do it by myself. I took a leap of faith and tried Thumbtack. Amazingly enough, Billy Harrison answered within 15 minutes, and an hour later, he was in my mail room taking care of the packages for me. Amazing responsiveness. He was polite, professional, and took care of the job without any problem. I highly recommend Billy Harrison and Apex innovative Cleaning and Hauling services for any needs you may have. This type of service is not commonplace anymore.

Billy’s customer service from beginning to end was excellent. He called several times- to set up the removal, to let me know he was running a few minutes late and then he let us know when he was about 5 minutes out from arriving. I appreciated his keeping us informed. He and his nephew did a great job of taking the things out of our home, and it was a fair price. Highly recommend Billy and his company, Apex Innovative Cleaning.
