- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the size, scope, and details of each move. Rates may vary depending on factors such as the number of movers required, truck size, distance, stairs, long carries, packing needs, and time involved. We provide clear estimates upfront so there are no surprises. Additional services such as packing materials, packing/unpacking, specialty items (safes, pianos, oversized furniture), or extended time may affect the final cost. We do not charge hidden fees, and any potential additional costs are discussed before work continues. Payment options and any applicable processing fees are explained in advance so customers know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and stress-free. Once a customer reaches out, we respond promptly to gather basic details about the move, including location, size, and any special requests. We then provide a clear estimate and answer any questions upfront. After scheduling is confirmed, we stay in communication leading up to the move to ensure everything is prepared. On moving day, our professional team arrives on time, protects floors and furniture, and completes the job efficiently and carefully. After the move, we confirm customer satisfaction and make sure everything is placed where requested before closing out the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained through hands-on industry experience, ongoing one-on-one training, and behind-the-scenes instruction at our office. We regularly train our movers on proper furniture lifting, safe moving techniques, furniture wrapping, padding, and correct truck loading to prevent damage. We also provide in-person guidance on how to handle heavy, oversized, and delicate items, as well as how to safely maneuver furniture through homes, apartments, and commercial spaces. Our continued training ensures every job is handled with care, organization, and professionalism from start to finish.
