Diamond Contractors were prompt and offered a bid using highest quality products within one day of contact. Another contractor took over a week to submit a bid after measuring the roof and quoted the same price but for a lesser quality roofing product. My neighbors observed the crew putting on the new roof and said "when I need a new roof, I want these guys to put it on. Totally satisfied!

came out, walked roof,.......said I had 5 bad boards, needed something on the chimney replaced and needed a whole new roof at a cost of $12,500. I do have one dent in the roof , right at the edge under the kitchen stack. He said I had 4 other places just like that. Decided to get second opinion. Called Five Flags Roofers .... said all 4 boots and 1 750 vent needed to be replaced, several other things too. But that bad spot is the only bad board. cost just went from $12,500 to $1850.00. So glad I got second opinion.

I have been trying to get an itemized quote since June 28th. Promised several times to get a written quote by the next day, which the construction loan requires. I’m still waiting. I heard good things about the company, but if follow up is an issue, I have concerns. Returning promised calls/quotes is huge and is the number one customer service quality for businesses. Sadly, I didn’t get this treatment because I was ready to hire them.

I sent the quote weeks ago and received confirmation it was received......perhaps it went to a junk folder or other issue.....i never got a response so i assumed you chose to use another contractors bid....communication is vital...thats why ee always respond promptly and follow up with our quality minded customers.....
