FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I worked with several companies in my area doing the work that I offer. I can give you their numbers if you think that my prices are expensive. I can assure you, you'll be calling me back.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First would be a phone call to set up a meeting. My typical process would be to come to the job and diagnose the work load. Whether it be to service a sprinkler system, or to set down and design an entire yard-scape, I like to meet my customers so they can get a feel for me and how I operate. From there, we would discuss prices on what my customer would want done, and then get to work. If I was not able to perform the work right then and there, we would schedule a date to get it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the irrigation/landscaping industry for 10 years. I just recently got my irrigation license and am working on backflow prevention license and a couple other licenses, for different types of work.
