- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system but that will be revealed once we establish an agreement with any client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have an interview with a client to understand their needs and what they expect from us. Once we determine that we can work together. We talk about fees and the information collection process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky. I obtain annual training in tax updates and accounting updates as we to be in compliance with continuing education requirements for my license.
