I typically charge by the job and not so much by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all customers the same even if they are new. I try to put myself in their shoes and give them exactly the same service I would want if I were them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in technology management and an associates in IT Security. I have A+, Microsoft MCP, Lenovo, and Dell certifications.
