- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Only if it is a time plus material. or a service call, we have a minimum of one Hr. Estimate s are always Free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will go out and take a look at the job, give them a free estimate on site. they will call to schedule the work to be done. when the job is complete the customer is happy. we would accept payment ( CK, CC, Debit and Cash) , We ask that they give a honest opinion of work completed in a review. all work is warrantied for 1 yr. parts and labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started with the American Builders and Contractors apprentiship For 4 years.I then joined the union in 1986 & Completed there apprentiship program in 3 yrs. to become a journeyman Electrician ( Inside wireman) as the union would call it. worked and went to night school to become a a electrical engineer, .Instead I Took the state Contractors /master License . spent 17 yrs. with the union at Toyota, Ford ,and the Department of Defense working on several jobs like the Blackhawk simulator building in Fort Cambel , Ky.
