FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a guaranteed flat rate pricing guide for all our tasks, so when you get the estimate , it is guaranteed not to change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact with the customer to set up an appointment, I will then travel to the job site and review all the customers concerns, address any issues they may have and give them options for the work that they want completed. Phone quotes, email quotes, text message quotes, things of that nature are not accurate and never are, you have to put your eyes on the work at hand in order to evaluate it properly. that way you can come up with a fair price for the customer and not have to adjust it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years preliminary college engineering coursework, no diploma, 6-1/2 years in a factory performing industrial electrical work as an apprentice, After that 4-1/2 years, as a electrical contractor performing service work residentially in my spare time.
