Our Services Include: Residential Cleaning: Specializing in meeting the specific needs of each client, ensuring that all areas of your home receive the attention they need. Commercial and Post-Construction Cleaning: We also offer commercial cleaning services and post-construction cleaning, focusing on the removal of debris and construction waste. Debris and Trash Removal: Services for trash, dirt, and other waste removal. Carpet Cleaning and RV Interior Cleaning: We provide detailed cleaning for carpets and RV interiors, including signing an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) when necessary. Scheduling Policy and Guidelines: Closed on Weekends: We do not offer services on weekends. Arrival Window: We provide an estimated arrival time. The exact time will be given on the day of service, once the team is on their way. Recent Renovations: If your home has undergone renovations recently, please inform us when requesting a quote, so we can allocate extra time for your service. Specific Room Cleaning: If you only want certain rooms cleaned in a home with multiple bedrooms, please provide the total size of your house and specify which rooms should be cleaned so we can give you an accurate quote. Upholstery Cleaning: We do not provide upholstery cleaning. Items Not Included (unless specifically requested): Decluttering, Wall Cleaning, Cleaning of Exposed Metal Air Ducts, Washing Dishes, Folding Clothes, Interior Closet/Cabinet Cleaning, Garage Cleaning, Attic and Basement Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Oven and Refrigerator Cleaning. If you require these additional services, please notify the scheduling director when you make your request. Additional Charges: Same-Day Cancellation Fee: $50. Price Adjustments: The price of service may be adjusted based on the condition of the property, size, and the time needed for cleaning. Types of Cleaning: Standard Cleaning: Ideal for homes that have been cleaned in the past four weeks, focusing on light cleaning without moving furniture. Deep Cleaning: Ideal for homes that have not been cleaned for over a month, requiring extra time, scrubbing, door cleaning, baseboard cleaning, and light furniture movement.
