I first learned about qigong about five years ago but wasn't really interested until this last year. I met Ninos and he's definitely motivated me to keep up my practice. The youtube videos are nothing compared to this teaching. His some of his classes made me sweat and some of them had my mind a million miles away in a very zen place. I'm really grateful to have met such a passionate and well-rounded instructor. I've lost a lot of weight not just because of the physical aspect of qigong but mostly the mental reconditioning it has brought me. I feel better than I have ever have and it shows.

Very mild mannered instructor. Very patient with people of all ages. I've had the pleasure of working along side him in the past, and the lesson Sensei Wiggins taught me has me wanting to work under his supervision in the near future

Derek is awesome, listens to your goals and helps you achieve them in short order. Very encouraging and pushes you past where you think you can go in a way that is healthy and monitored professionally. Large focus on form and doing it right instead of just grunting through heavy weights. It was amazing how quickly my body transformed when trained by someone like Derek. I cannot stress enough how important of difference it made going with a professional trainer as opposed to the cheaper other guy that trains.

Jack provides great tai chi instruction and tailors his lessons to the needs of the class. He takes time with individuals during class while using these pauses in class instruction to act as an example to the whole group. Everyone wins! Don't miss this chance to have a tai chi instructor who knows his subject matter and can relate it to a wide variety of personality types!

I have been working with Kathy for about 5 months and it she has exceeded all my expectations. I was looking for a cardio workout I would enjoy; thus, stick with it. I find the treadmill boring. I prefer to work outside and we are able to do this with her training programs. Kathy's approach is very professional, positive, fun and most of all varied enough to provide just the right challenge physically and mentally. She ensures you keep the right form and focus, while building your confidence and abilities. I am not only getting an interesting cardio workout, but developing my core, agility and self defense. I have to add it is a most reasonably priced individual personal training session. I look forward to our weekly training sessions. I highly recommend Kathy.

I have had the privilege of taking yoga lessons from Alina for the past couple months. Her knowledge, techniques, and style of teaching has encouraged me to overcome my physical limitations and to continue to learn the way of yoga. I have also benefited from her Reiki sessions. I was a skeptic until I could actually feel her energy transcend itself within me...the gentle heat, the calming, the healing. If you have been wondering if yoga is right for you, I highly recommend that you meet Alina and try one of her classes, you'll be glad that you did.

I have been a student at this Dojo for approximately two years. I also have my two children, an eleven year old daughter and nine year old son, who have been active students in the children's class for approximately two and a half years. I could not be happier with my experience at this Dojo, to include my relationships with fellow students, and especially Sensei Leventis. He is a dedicated instructor who is expertly skilled in his craft. He shows the patience necessary to train adults and children alike, and always prepares challenging and innovative lesson plans for students of all experience levels. It should be noted that I have over seventeen years of law enforcement experience, and have trained with countless experts during that time. Sensei Leventis is easily one of the best instructors I have worked with. He provides personal attention on a consistent basis to all of his students. Sensei Leventis always encompasses his vast knowledge of martial arts to keep classes fresh and practical. It is not uncommon to train in traditional Aikido technique, edge weapon defense, and ground fighting in a single week. Most importantly, Sensei Leventis is adamant that the techniques he teaches are effective in real life situations, which I can attest to. If you are looking for a martial arts school that provides a friendly atmosphere, and practical effective technique, then I strongly encourage you to stop by and check out the Dojo for yourself. I have been working with Tony for about 3 weeks. He has demonstrated extensive knowledge of body physiology, enabling him to choose just the right exercises to build my upper body w/o hurting my lower back or sore shoulder. He is also a terrific motivator, pushing me to work harder on the weights, where I admit to being somewhat lazy compared to my effort in cardio (e.g., 2-3 hours of road biking with heart rate above 70% of max is my idea of a fun workout). Finally, he is a fun guy to talk with, making the hour in the gym enjoyable physically and mentally.
