- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and competitive, we usually come in somewhere in the middle. Not the highest or lowest and our customers feel as the always get their moneys worth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the size of the project, we will have an initial consultation to see if we are a good fit for the job. Once we determine that, we can start the process. The complexity of the project will determine the flow. We do everything from blueprints to the final cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training is on the job and experience, I dont really thing there is "class" that could prepare anyone in this industry to figure out what is necessary to complete each task. Although each job has similarities, they are also different.
