- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We really try to stay competitive with our pricing and offer the very best deal with travel, fresh props costs, and paper/ink costs in mind!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the details of the clients event, such as event size, location, and any other desires they may have. Any and all questions are welcomed and I do my best to answer them. Our process for signing a contract and paying the 50% deposit is super simple and is offered after all details and questions are talked through!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the event industry for several years prior and worked personally with many party planners/coordinators/brides/etc.
