I believed Mr. Carrazana and Aquashot Property Services to be the most knowledgeable and experienced company to install my hot tub. My electrical panel was too full accept another double breaker for the necessary 240V required by the hot tub. Other electricians suggested that a separate and additional electric box be installed just for the hot tub. However, Mr. Carrazana noticed the fact that I had a 100 amp breaker powering my AC, but since the AC unit had been recently upgraded, it now only required 60 amps. Therefore he was able to replace the big 100 amp breaker, taking up (4) slots, and install a new 50 amp breaker for the hot tub and a 60 amp breaker for the AC. The hot tub I was installing was a pre-owned one, and the original wiring was not long enough, nor of the proper gauge, to meet the required electrical codes. So, I agreed that he and his assistant should replace the hot tub wiring with the proper gauge and length, so that the 50 amp GFI breaker could be installed high enough on the wall, and far enough away from the hot tub to meet code. All, this they did while it was raining, and hot tub was being installed outside by the pool, but they never complained about it. They even used a paver on the floor to bolt down the hot tub cable by the GFI breaker, so as to keep it down, but not put holes in the pool deck, and they checked with me first, before doing so. Finally, after everything was finished they cleaned up both the pool and garage areas, then went over with me the changes to the electric panel in the garage and the testing of the GFI breaker at the hot tub. They then tested the hot tub pumps, heating and lights. Everything worked perfectly. Mr. Carrazana and his knowledgeable assistant were both courteous, and highly skilled electricians, that continued work to get the job done as soon as possible. I am very pleased with all aspects of the job they did for me, installing my hot tub and satisfied with the price that beat most others. Also, I now feel more safe and secure knowing that my previously over powered AC and the hot tub now meets all electrical codes. Sincerely, Gregory Harris

Al was available the same day I contacted him to install a ceiling fan for my living room and a basic light fixture for my dining room. I was pleasantly surprised that he was available the same day. He arrived around the time he said he would. He charged a reasonable rate. He emphasized using gloves, Lysol wipes and alcohol for sanitary reasons which I really liked. He cleaned up his work areas and wiped anything he touched. He ensured everything worked properly after his work was complete, and asked if I was truly satisfied. If I had any concerns or questions, he was responsive to make sure those were addressed. He definitely did a great job and I will certainly hire him again for future projects. Thanks Al.

Al Carranza came out to install a security camera system that we had purchased for our manufactured home out in the country. He was quick to respond to our request, and did an excellent job on the install. It looks fantastic! He listened carefully to our needs, including leaving room for running extra cameras later, and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. We are extremely grateful we hired him to do our install, because while he was doing the work, he noticed a major leak under our home, from a broken outlet pipe coming from our washer. We had noticed a mildew smell since moving in a year ago, but both our home inspector and air conditioner repairmen missed the cause. Al found the issue and completely fixed and repaired it. We are so glad, as no one else had noticed it, and it would have caused major damage to our home over time. We highly recommend his services, and will be using him again in the near future. He’s careful, pays attention to small details, and his prices are so reasonable they even my stingy 72 year-old father had no complaints about the cost. Thanks so much for doing a wonderful job!

Al was very knowledgeable in the installation of our new surveillance camera system (Ring), new Nest thermostat and lights added to our ceiling fans. His expertise is exceptional. I had several electrical jobs that needed to be done in my current home and the one I just bought. Al arrived on time and checked out what needed to be done. I showed Al my priority jobs. All installed two security lights ,light switch and pointed out a few things wrong with my fuse box and corrected it. I still have a few more repairs left and he told me to let him know when I was ready for him to return. Al is a very knowledgeable pro and I recommend him to anyone looking for a pro that will keep your cost very reasonable. Great job Al!
