I can’t say enough about the professionalism this young man exhibited as he worked on pressure washing and painting our home. He was beyond respectful, punctual and he was tidy! Luis listened intently and gave us his professional opinion on what paint colors would work best. I contacted Luis to complete a repaint job done by another painter. He responded the very next day. Assessed the problem areas and done a masterful job. His work was much much better then the painter I previously hired. He took time to prep and cleanup afterwards. Very attention to detail oriented.
The wife gave him a thumbs up. That says it all. I have his business card on file and will hire him again.

I hired LT to paint a condo for my disabled sister. He gave me a price right away and held to it. Said it would take 2.5 days which was spot on. Quick responses to any questions. Very good work. He was super nice and respectful with my sister and I. I can't say enough good things. Craigslist is always a disaster for me, this was my first time using Thumbtack. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices maybe lower than usual. However, that does not mean you don't get the highest quality of work that others can't provide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with working with a customer is simple. I first contact the customer and have them several questions then I explain the process of my work and show them all of my products. I try to answer all of their questions they may have. Finally, I have them review my work and I don't leave until they are 100% content.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associates degree in nursing but I've been painting for 8years now.
