I had an issue with one of my sprinkler zones not shutting off. Did a search through ThumbTack for irrigation evaluation/repair, and Jean with Wet checXXs LLC responded in minutes!! He was able to come by later that day to evaluate the issue. Got the zone fixed (faulty solenoid) that day, and we discussed a few other issues that I was concerned about. Jean offered solutions without any pressure to commit on my part. I had him come back the next week to: 1) replace the manifold back flow device as the existing one was the original (20 years old) and was leaking, and 2) place an additional sprinkler head in the front yard that was not receiving good coverage from the existing sprinkler heads. Excellent work. Great customer service. Very pleasant and personable. Very responsive to questions. Quick to respond. Good value for the money. Definitely provides the customer peace of mind. I will definitely be using Jean Cuellar's (Wet ChecXXs LLC) services in the future. 5+ Stars !!!!! :)

I’m a disabled veteran and I can’t do the work in the yard that I used to be able to do, especially, in the heat Wet Checxxs LLC was very responsive and engaging. Understood what I was talking about and made the appropriate adjustments without overcharging or under valuing the work and he did it right away. I had previous companies that would take two weeks to schedule. You’d have to pay for an estimate whether you get them or not, and another 3 weeks to complete, but Wet Checxxs LLC was an excellent choice! They will be my lawn and sprinkler people here on out. Thank you for the excellent work and value!
