Hi Andree. Your review is appreciated, but it would have been even more appreciated if you were truthful. Your roof had a leak and you promised that your roofers would repair the leak. The agreement was that after the roof was repaired, I would fix the drywall. The work was more than I anticipated, so I tried setting up time for us to meet, but my efforts were futile. When you were contacted, I was asked "what are you coming to talk about?". I stated that I was coming to talk about the job and you did not respond. I messaged you countless times and you did not respond, so that's when I realized that you were not moving forward. I sincerely apologize if your experience on Thumbtack was not what you expected. I did not falter in providing my utmost best level of professionalism and service to you that I have done in the past with other customers who have left me raving reviews.
