Scott came to check out our water heater since we weren't getting enough water pressure in the upstairs showers. He said the water heater was top of the line and running well so no work was needed. Instead he opened up the flow on some of the upstairs showers, thereby increasing water pressure. He was friendly and professional and I would hire him again.

Our water heater suddenly failed and started leaking. We had rust getting into our water supply and so we needed our water heater replaced as soon as possible. The Coco Plum team was able to start the job way faster than I thought and their quote was a better value than what I got from similar Thumbtack pros. There were complications with the first water heater Home Depot sold me (it was leaking, likely a refurbished model) but they stayed around while I got this exchanged and promptly put up the working model. Will definitely do business with this Pro in the future; they’re great to work with!
