"Big Lou" was a true professional and the 1st of 3 technicians that was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide a quote for which I accepted. He repaired our unit which had multiple problems including a coil leak, faulty belt, dirty coils and a condenser that wasn't charged or working. Completely trustworthy and he is now my guy for any HVAC issue I ever have. Highly recommend Lou for your job!

What started out as fixing my garbage disposal Lou wound up fixing my broken Samsung dishwasher as well as my broken Samsung water and icemaker in my refrigerator. He came within 24 hours and now I do not need to buy new appliances.!

Biglou went to fix the issue for me very quickly with an affordable price. He explained how his advertising price works , which is understandable, and I agree. He told me the garbage disposal needs to be replaced, and He went to Home Depot to buy it, then he gave me the final price. After job was complete and well done. Highly recommend

Big Lou was very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed all the issues with my sprinkler system quickly and appropriately for a fair amount of compensation would recommend Big Lou to anybody with any kind of watering system issues
