- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer promotional discounts on seasonal goods or during particular seasons. Sometimes seasonal discounts are applied to new customer as well. For example, when spring arrives, we offer a discount for student 3 hours cleaning for 19.99. We also offer discounts for our elderly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important for us is customer satisfaction the first thing we do working with a new client is knows what the client want. That's why we always take note, we have a cleaning checklist, make sure our cleaners are following it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have the Level 5 Certificate it covers practical training on cleaning procedures, chemical safety, domestic cleaning, kitchen maintenance, and much more.
