Make contact though email or phone. Discuss the issue over the phone to confirm issue to see if a tech is required. Discuss schedule and update estimate. Meet at schedule time and resolve the issue. Confirm meeting required expectation from client. Collect payment.

20 yrs of experience in the computer field. A+ Certified N+ Certified Microsoft Certified Many other certifications.
