My computer was running very slow but it seemed to be running normal otherwise. But the speed was driving me crazy. I heard of thumbtack and gave it chance. I choose CompAmerican because it was close and it had good ratings. An older man, Larry came out. I was concerned if he was up to date on things. Wow! the incredible knowledge this man possesses. He was truly an expert. Not only did he speed up my computer but shown me the malware and viruses that were causing it. I was unaware I was being taken to websites that was not where I really wanted to go until I was shown I was being hijacked. He removed the failing virus protection added a new one at no extra charge. He gave me two new extra tools with instructions on how to prevent future infections and keep the speed up at no extra charge. Its been more than two weeks and my computer is a rocket. Thanks Larry. Mr. Dewarf, the compputer professional, was timely, courteous, and knowledgable. He diagnosed and effectively corrected a complex softwre encryption issue in my desktop,. HIs services were of a critical nature to me for the timely management of my clients health information. The second purpose of the service call was repair a wireless printer. The connectivity issue was identified and with his assistance resolved thorugh my local phone and internet services provider. I highly recommend Comp Americal services.
