I have used this IT company twice now to help my 84yr old mother with her computer. I live across the state and just cannot talk her through the fixes. The Technician came and setup my whole home office. Very friendly and answered all my questionI had dealing with my new system. After a month went by I had trouble with one of my programs. Called them up and tech fixed it remotely. Very impressed.
