I offer straightforward pricing based on the type of permit and support you need. • Most permits range from $250–$600 • Revisions are $175 • Inspection coordination starts at $350 • A premium all-inclusive package is available for $1,750 City fees are billed separately, and I always explain the total cost before starting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing your project details and letting you know exactly what documents are needed. Then I prepare the permit application, collect signatures, submit everything to the city, and keep you updated throughout the review. I also coordinate inspections and handle any corrections until the permit is approved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over four years of hands-on experience coordinating permits in South Florida, including fire alarm, low-voltage, electrical, pool, and construction projects. I’m trained in city requirements, permit applications, document preparation, NOCs, inspection coordination, and navigating municipal portals like Accela, ePlans, and ProjectDox.
