Siberian pet care was amazing! She was on time, did an excellent job. I will be using her from now on. I have a very tough cat to groom and the groomer did an amazing job! I am very happy with the results.

Kristina worked with me in my home to complete the safe removal of my long haired persian cat's multiple matted areas, and provide a perfect "lion cut", despite the less than enthusiastic cooperation of my cat. She was supportive of both me and my cat throughout the grooming process, and worked quickly (but with precision) to minimize additional stress for both of us. I will definitely contact her again for my future cat grooming needs.

My pug was groomed inside my home in the shower. This, for a shedding dog, is disastrous. She is used to being bathed and is quite docile. She was not dried thoroughly, I recleaned her ears, my bathroom was not properly cleaned, teeth not brushed (she had no disposable brushes nor did she ask me for my dog’s brush/toothpaste). All in all not a good value for the money. I tipped anyway because she did come out on Thanksgiving week.

I really appreciate your review. The first thing I always tell a new client is that I don’t have a van and that I work in the client’s home. I never hide anything from anyone. I asked you, and you said that it works for you. When I came, you asked me to wash the dog very well. I washed the dog twice, trimmed the nails, and cleaned the ears. You didn’t mention anything about the teeth. I’m very sorry that I wasn’t able to fully meet your expectations.

I have a senior cat with arthritis who can’t clean herself and gets matted very easily. Kristina came this morning on time and got her all cleaned up in the cutest lion cut. She trimmed all her many nails (polydactyl) and also trimmed her sister’s nails. She was responsive professional and did a great job. The last groomer we had hurt Daisy so we were reluctant to bring someone new in but I’m so glad we did. She looks amazing and it’s so much easier for us to clean her now!!!
