Rico was very responsive and scheduled an appointment with me right away. He arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He installed 2 light fixtures and a ceiling fan with 12 foot ceiling’s. He did a great job in a short time frame. He made sure I was happy and was quite flexible. I will use him for future work and would highly recommend him.

Rico did an amazing job installing 4 ceiling fans and 2 light fixtures. He was very neat and cleaned up beautifully! His responsiveness was great. I would highly recommend him for any work around the house. I will definitely be using him again.

I would definitely recommend Florico. He was polite, punctual and did a meticulous job removing and installing wallpaper in 2 bathrooms. He also painted and repaired the ceilings.
