I have to say I’m a business owner and it’s rarely that I find someone as exceptional as this gentleman! He was responsive. Immediately he was professional, he figured out how to get the job done when it was not easy, he was very affordable, he is kind, he goes the extra mile. This is a world where people are lazy. They do not want to do anything above what’s expected of them and this gentleman does Way above what is expected? Rico and his crew did a great job repainting my 2/2 condo. They were neat, clean, and protected the floors and blinds. He was receptive to my nits at the end of the project to touch-up here and there, very minor. Would definitely hire him again.
