Rico was very responsive and scheduled an appointment with me right away. He arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He installed 2 light fixtures and a ceiling fan with 12 foot ceiling’s. He did a great job in a short time frame. He made sure I was happy and was quite flexible. I will use him for future work and would highly recommend him.

Fabulous wallpaper job completed by Florico. He arrived on time, reviewed the job with me and got straight to work. He completed 3 walls in my main bedroom quickly and efficiently. The wallpaper pattern was matched perfectly. Thank you Rico!

Rico’s work performed was of professional quality with fair pricing. I would highly recommend Florico’s home improvements. They did an excellent job putting the chandelier lights and fan in my home, and I appreciate the help.

Rico was so professional and his work is clean. I had quarter rounds done then asked him about an electrical issue I had and he was able to fix it. No one else has been able to fix the issue. Highly recommend and moving forward I will only use him.
