Painted a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo in preparation for rental. Good communication and overall value. Came back for small touch ups.

Details: Home • 2 rooms • Walls • Ceiling • Trim • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • I'm flexible • Excellent - clean and smooth • The painter • No, this is not new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself • Owner

Rico and his crew did a great job repainting my 2/2 condo. They were neat, clean, and protected the floors and blinds. He was receptive to my nits at the end of the project to touch-up here and there, very minor. Would definitely hire him again.

Details: Home • 2 rooms • Walls • Trim • Doors • Ceiling • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • Repainting, with a color change • Excellent - clean and smooth • The painter • No, this is not new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself

He did a great job with the wallpaper in our bathroom. The whole process was very smooth.
I was incredibly moved by his honesty; he gave us a price, and since the work ended up being less, he charged us less.

Details: Installation • 1 room • Less than 250 sq ft • Under 8 feet • Excellent - clean and smooth • Vinyl • Yes, the property is currently occupied • Owner

Fabulous wallpaper job completed by Florico. He arrived on time, reviewed the job with me and got straight to work. He completed 3 walls in my main bedroom quickly and efficiently. The wallpaper pattern was matched perfectly. Thank you Rico!
